STOUGHTON MUSIC CENTER INTERNET SALES & AUCTION SALES RETURN POLICY
Effective September 1, 1999
Within 7 days of receipt of the purchased item the customer may return that item for refund, with the following rules for return applying:
1. Freight Out: The customer is responsible for the original shipping charges from Stoughton Music Center to the customer.
2. Freight Back: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges from the customer back to Stoughton Music Center. The customer must insure the item for the full amount of the item's sale price. Stoughton Music Center will not be responsible for returned items lost or damaged during return shipment.
3. Condition: The item must arrive back at Stoughton Music Center in the same original condition as it was when it was sent out.
4. Restocking Fee: The returned item is subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price in addition to the above mentioned freight charges.
