Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. FedEx Express options are available at time of purchase. If you would like your purchase delivered to a Post Office Box - via USPS, choose the TABLE RATE option when checking out.

All orders received Monday - Thursday are guaranteed to ship within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday, Saturday & Sunday are guaranteed to ship the following Monday & Tuesday.

If you require your order to be sent at a higher priority level, please indicate this at the time of order.

RETURNS
So you want to send a product purchased online back to us? It is certainly not a problem.
Simply send back the product. You may e-mail us at info@flatterware.com if you would like to give us a heads-up.

We will issue you a refund (assuming that the product is in its original condition).
