We guarantee our products.  If for any reason, you are left wanting (i.e. because of your online purchase from stewartstand.com) call us within 4 weeks of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, credit, or return (See:  Shipping and Returns).

Also, from time to time, we run out of an item.  Although we confirm receipt of your order, we do not process payment, etc. until we have re-confirmed that we have the item in stock. 

Therefore, your order is an offer, not a contract of sale, until stock availablily is confirmed and you have received your shipping confirmation.
